I’m trying to find creative ways to incorporate more seeds while i practice seed cycling to balance my hormones and these little treats were so yummy and very simple. 

Filling

I cup sunflower or almond butter

3 tablespoons soft butter

3 tablespoons maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon Celtic sea salt

Topping

1/2 cup of chocolate chips, I use “enjoy life brand”

2 tbsp coconut oil

Mix all filling ingredients with mixer until fluffy and let sit in fridge to harden a bit.

While filling is setting, warm the chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat in a small saucepan- (don’t let it boil!) let cool.

I added the chocolate mixture to my molds first, then coated them and allowed to freeze for 5-10 min. Then I added in the filling and let freeze until hard. You can also roll the filling into ovals or press down In a small glass Pyrex for bars. Freeze until hard. Then coat the ovals or layer the bars with the chocolate sauce. Add a little flaking salt for an extra kick! Store in freezer to maintain shape.
